Operations Manager – Builder Support

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, Fridays remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our strategic Builder customers. This role ensures seamless execution of daily operations with single-family builders nationwide. You will coordinate construction site schedules, manage follow-up tasks, and communicate updates to internal teams and customers. Additionally, you will assist with analyses for improvement projects to enhance builder operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resolution of customer escalations.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and follow-ups with customers.
  • Communicate updates internally and externally.
  • Track open items and drive cross-functional teams toward resolution.
  • Analyze opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Support additional team needs as required.

  1. Ability to diligently track and coordinate completion of open tasks for Builder construction sites.
  2. Clear, crisp communication (written and verbal) with customers.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in operations or related field.
