Job Title: Operations Manager (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to automate manual processes and improve Mail-In KPI metrics (e.g., Turnaround Time, Return Rate, NTF Rate, Repair Bounce, Net Promoter Score).
- Identify and implement new business opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Lead service strategy development, quality improvement initiatives, and budget planning.
- Ensure customer commitments are met according to negotiated plans.
- Direct cross-functional department activities related to pricing, sales, production, and distribution.
- Manage employee schedules, duties, and performance evaluations.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees.
- Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations.
- Supervise facility updates and store layout planning.
- Resolve operational challenges calmly and effectively under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, billing management, or a management role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Windows-based programs.
- Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and data analysis platforms.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and wage attachment is a plus.
