Financial Operations Analyst
Location: Plano, TX
Contract Length: 12 months

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support our clients marketing, finance, procurement, and supply?chain teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, excels in problem-solving, and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate invoices; partner with Finance and A/P to ensure timely payments
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Review contracts and documents for accuracy
- Submit and track marketing program approvals
- Assist leadership with contract execution and recordkeeping
- Partner with procurement to finalize vendors
- Create purchase orders in BQMS
- Request and track inventory using NERP; coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams
- Enter and maintain inventory forecasts in GSCM
- Prepare PowerPoint decks, Word documents, and Excel reports
- Serve as a mentor and resource for contractors
- Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of administrative or operations experience, including invoice processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience creating purchase orders (preferred)
