Financial Operations Analyst 

Location:  Plano, TX
Contract Length: 12 months
Schedule: Fully onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support our clients marketing, finance, procurement, and supply?chain teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, excels in problem-solving, and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate invoices; partner with Finance and A/P to ensure timely payments
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Review contracts and documents for accuracy
  • Submit and track marketing program approvals
  • Assist leadership with contract execution and recordkeeping
  • Partner with procurement to finalize vendors
  • Create purchase orders in BQMS
  • Request and track inventory using NERP; coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams
  • Enter and maintain inventory forecasts in GSCM
  • Prepare PowerPoint decks, Word documents, and Excel reports
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for contractors
  • Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of administrative or operations experience, including invoice processing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience creating purchase orders (preferred)
