Operations Specialist
Location: Chicago, IL
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support field operations by working cross?functionally to meet internal and external customer needs. This role plays a key part in supporting operational and capital workloads through coordination, data analysis, and direct support to field teams and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross?functionally across the organization to support internal and external customer needs
- Support operational and capital projects within an office setting, including:
- Monitoring workloads to meet customer service and compliance requirements
- Analyzing data and assisting with forecasting activities
- Creating work orders and assigning tasks to field personnel
- Updating and maintaining company systems and records
- Serving as a direct point of support for field personnel
- Coordinating closely with shop management
- Navigate and utilize multiple customer information and operational systems to input, update, and maintain accurate data
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience using standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
- High School Diploma, HSED, or GED
