Parts Distribution Coordinator
Location: Milan, IL
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Shift: 1st Shift (Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Position Overview
We are seeking a Parts Distribution Coordinator to support warehouse operations and supply chain activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for measuring parts, collecting inventory data, and entering information into packaging specification systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a warehouse setting, and possesses strong computer and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Measure warehouse parts and record dimensions accurately
- Enter and maintain data within packaging specification applications
- Review assigned inventory locations and collect required information
- Analyze data and ensure accuracy of recorded measurements
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and computer systems for data entry and reporting
- Operate a Cushman or similar battery-operated utility vehicle throughout the warehouse
- Follow established safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Travel occasionally to nearby warehouse locations in the Milan area
Required Qualifications
- Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities
- Ability to interpret and work with data sets
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic warehouse environment
- Ability to operate a Cushman or similar utility vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for approximately 75% of the workday
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience
- Recent graduates welcome to apply
Work Environment & Safety Requirements
- 100% onsite position
- Warehouse environment requiring PPE
- Metatarsal safety footwear required on the first day
- Safety glasses and gloves provided
- Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and vehicle traffic
- Occasional travel to nearby offsite warehouse locations within 21 miles of Milan
