Job Title: Porting Order Support Specialist
Contract Duration: 4 months, possible extension
Location: Fully Remote but must be able to work core hours below
Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-5pm CST
Pay Range: $35-40/hour

Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Porting Order Support Specialist. This role is responsible for managing and submitting porting orders to ensure seamless number transfers between carriers. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecommunications provisioning, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Verify required port out documentation; invoices and CSR’s (customer service record) are accurate and valid.
  • Prepare and submit orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure successful porting.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues or rejections.
  • Maintain accurate records of porting activities and documentation (TEM/Tangoe)
  • Communicate with business customer to gather required information and provide updates.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LNP processes, carrier portals, and order management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Years of experience: 3-5 years – Needs LNP experience, order management
