Position: Prior Authorization Specialist
Location: Detroit, MI (hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Pay: $20 per hour
Description: We are looking for someone to join our contact center team to help support members and providers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to member and provider inquiries regarding Medicare Part D benefits and coverage
- Process inbound mail and documentation related to the M3P program
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Retail Pharmacy experience
- Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
- Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Willingness to accept change
Preferred:
- Call center experience
- CMS knowledge
- Certified Pharmacy Tech license (CPhT)
