Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Control Tower Analyst to support supplier performance, material coverage visibility, and operational continuity across a dynamic manufacturing and supply chain environment. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers, buyers, and internal stakeholders, helping to reduce disruptions, improve communication, and ensure critical supply needs are met. The ideal candidate will excel at data analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and driving action through accurate and timely information.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate control tower meetings with suppliers and internal supply chain stakeholders to monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and drive resolution plans.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze coverage files to support material availability and supply continuity.
- Create and manage tracking tools, dashboards, and performance reports to provide visibility into supplier and operational metrics.
- Partner with buyers, suppliers, planners, and cross-functional teams to communicate supply challenges and coordinate corrective actions.
- Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize advanced Excel functionality to support reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
- Provide clear verbal and written communication to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Support supplier issue resolution efforts and assist with escalation management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting tools, and performance documentation.
- Participate in supplier site visits as needed to support operational objectives and issue resolution.
Years of Experience and Education
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier management, planning, logistics, operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with an associate degree and 6+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Candidates with a master’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Internship experience alone does not meet the experience requirement.

Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, reporting, and macros.
- Experience developing reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking solutions.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Power BI experience preferred.
