Process Pro – Continuous Improvement

We’re hiring a Process Pro II to support continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands?on, shop?floor role focused on leading process improvement projects and partnering with cross?functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives
- Analyze problems and implement practical solutions
- Track process metrics and ensure improvements stick
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year manufacturing or operations experience
- 1+ year continuous improvement experience
- Project or team leadership experience
- Strong problem?solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a factory environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt experience
- Experience working with union and salaried employees
- Familiarity with data or smart factory tools (Power BI, Tableau, Ignition)
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, Technology, Management or similar)
- Equivalent experience considered
- Recent graduates welcome
