Job Summary
We are seeking a detail?oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations by evaluating supplier performance and ensuring cost?effective purchasing decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross?functional teams to optimize procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and evaluating vendor proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of services
- Reconcile and submit invoices in partnership with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Support accounting requests while ensuring alignment with financial policies
- Manage vendor onboarding requests, including credential verification, term negotiation, and system integration
- Improve and maintain the accuracy of vendor data within internal project tracking systems to support operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Demonstrated proactive mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous environments and identify process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
