Summary

Client is seeking a Product Manager 3 to lead eCommerce website product initiatives with a strong focus on customer experience journey management from homepage through checkout. This role will support end?to?end product execution across product marketing pages, product listing pages, cart, and checkout experiences.

The Product Manager will be responsible for gathering and translating business and customer requirements into actionable user stories, collaborating closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders, and driving data?informed decisions to improve customer engagement and sales conversion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own product planning and execution across the full product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and delivery
  • Manage eCommerce customer experience journeys across homepage, product marketing pages, product listing pages, cart, and checkout
  • Drive customer engagement and conversion initiatives using customer service chat bots and live agents
  • Analyze visitor behavior, customer trends, chatbot interactions, and shopping application experiences to inform product decisions
  • Author clear user stories and acceptance criteria; support and execute portions of testing efforts
  • Partner closely with Engineering (Dev/QA), UX designers, Marketing, Site Merchandising, Customer Service, and external vendors
  • Develop and execute go?to?market plans in collaboration with cross?functional internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure product quality standards are clearly defined, communicated, and upheld across teams
  • Monitor performance of launched features and products, feeding insights back into the product development lifecycle
  • Leverage data sources such as A/B testing, customer behavior analysis, competitive insights, and customer support ticket trends
  • Clearly communicate product vision, plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and executive audiences

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of Product Management experience
  • Hands?on software engineering experience strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering consumer-facing internet or eCommerce products

Required Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong experience in eCommerce website product management and customer journey optimization
  • Experience gathering requirements and converting them into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and A/B testing platforms
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable product direction
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time?management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of software development processes, quality standards, and delivery best practices
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
