Job Type: W2 Contract – 6 months
Schedule: Fully onsite, standard business hours
Pay Rate: $78-$81.42 / hour
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced E?commerce Product Manager to lead product initiatives across the full lifecycle—from ideation to launch and optimization. This role is highly cross?functional and will partner closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and customer service teams to deliver impactful, customer?focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of building products and features, from ideation through launch and optimization
- Own day?to?day product management activities, including writing requirements, managing implementation, and communicating program status
- Collaborate cross?functionally with product, design, engineering, product marketing, brand marketing, legal, finance, and customer service teams
- Partner with UX designers during user research, testing, prototyping, and wireframing to ensure clarity of requirements and end?to?end experience alignment
- Work closely with UI designers to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in final designs
- Partner with developers during implementation and participate in QA to ensure functionality meets specifications
- Leverage data and analytics to track site performance and guide decisions throughout the product lifecycle
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and top?line KPIs
- Research industry trends, customer feedback, and performance data to propose new product opportunities
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of E?commerce Product Management experience
- Cart, Checkout, and Payments experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of product management processes and best practices
- Experience with A/B testing principles and methodologies
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem?solving skills
- Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to cross?functional stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast?paced environment while balancing attention to detail and big?picture goals
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work independently
- Strong customer?first mindset with an emphasis on reducing customer pain points
- Self?starter with strong organization, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, InVision, Tableau
- Interest or background in finance, payments, or reverse logistics
