Sr. Data Consultant (Product Manager / BA)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite
Key Responsibilities
• Capture and formalize controls requirements related to data quality, completeness, and lineage integrity.
• Collaborate with data stewards, system owners, and business SMEs to ensure proper control classification and mapping.
• Use AI tools to accelerate control candidate identification and enrich metadata repositories.
• Define and maintain control metadata artifacts, including lineage-integrated control matrices.
• Provide audit support and contribute to regulatory compliance documentation.
Skills Required
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage business and technical stakeholders; experience with capital markets data transfer mechanisms (Control M, Solace, MQ).
• 7–10+ years as a Data Governance Business Analyst in capital markets serving large investment banks.
• Expertise in control frameworks , and data governance platforms (Collibra, Alation, Solidatus).
• Good to have – SQL proficiency to query complex data systems and validate control rules.
• Proven expertise in traded products (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, structured products) and E2E trade lifecycle.
