Senior Product Manager – Global Site Solutions (Workplace Services)

Compensation: $73-79 an hour
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Global Site Solutions organization. This role will lead product strategy and delivery for the Workplace Services portfolio, supporting a multi-year modernization effort across more than 60 enterprise applications.
The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, and product teams to define and deliver products that create measurable business value while meeting customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Partner with business, architecture, and engineering teams to align product priorities with enterprise strategy.

Own and prioritize product backlogs, features, and program-level initiatives.

Lead product planning activities within a SAFe Agile environment.

Analyze customer feedback and market needs to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure successful delivery of epics, features, stories, and programs that drive business outcomes.

Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to increase value.

Manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across programs.

Facilitate executive stakeholder discussions and steering committee meetings.

Coach and mentor Product Owners and product team members.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field

8+ years of Product Management experience.

15+ years of overall product or related experience.
-
5+ years supporting large-scale global implementations.

SAFe certification with hands-on experience leading SAFe ceremonies and planning events.

Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks.

Experience with product intake, prioritization, roadmap management, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees.

Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation, and mentorship skills.

Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Experience working with SaaS and third-party enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications

Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.

Kanban experience.
-
Cloud platform experience (Azure and/or AWS).

Experience across multiple business or technology domains.
