Job Summary
Provides technical support and assistance with products and engineering processes. This role involves conducting routine testing, collecting and analyzing data, troubleshooting basic issues, and supporting project and engineering teams. The position focuses on following established procedures to ensure product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
• Perform basic and routine tests using established procedures for process control and failure analysis
• Maintain and repair plant equipment and machinery under supervision to meet operational and safety requirements
• Assist with standard installation activities and troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues using predefined solutions
• Conduct testing that requires measurement, assessment, and judgment to support engineering and manufacturing processes
• Collect, extract, and input data into spreadsheets or standard reporting formats
• Generate simple reports including graphs, charts, and other visual data representations
• Support engineering and product development tasks such as data gathering and document preparation
• Evaluate compliance with established standards, protocols, and procedures
• Provide basic support to project managers by completing assigned tasks following defined guidelines
• Organize and prioritize work tasks while coordinating with cross-functional support teams
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical and process-related skills

Years of Experience and Education
• 0–2 years of relevant technical or engineering support experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (upper secondary school required)
