- Location: Louisville, KY (Fully Onsite – Manufacturing Facility)
- Shift Time: Morning shift (rotating hours; nights/weekends may be required)
- Pay Rate: $37.92/hour with benefits
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support an hourly production team
- Organize workflow to meet daily quality and productivity targets
- Ensure production lines are operating safely and efficiently
- Drive performance through standardized work and continuous coaching
- Hold self and team accountable to high performance standards
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and servant leadership
- Build strong working relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
- Strong problem solving and people management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supervising hourly manufacturing teams
- Experience working in a union environment
