Epitec is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our automotive client’s team in Louisville, KY. As a Production Supervisor, this candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a high-performing production team while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met on the manufacturing floor.
- This is an ongoing W2 contract with potential for conversion
- This is an onsite position in Louisville, KY
- This position offers $37.95/hour, 10 days PTO, medical/retirement contributions (if desired)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and develop an hourly production team in a manufacturing environment
- Organize workflow to meet daily production, quality, and safety targets
- Ensure lines run safely, efficiently, and produce quality parts
- Monitor performance and drive productivity through standardized work and continuous improvement
- Uphold safety, quality, and operational standards across the shift
- Build strong relationships with team members, union, and leadership
- Lead by example with accountability and high performance expectations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Comfortable in a fully onsite, fast-paced production environment
- Demonstrated traits: resilient, detail-oriented, high integrity, and ambitious
