Job Summary
The Program Manager position will lead and deliver desired capabilities for complex and strategic development initiatives spanning multiple domains. This role serves as a key change agent for driving the maturity of program and project execution, leveraging processes and methods to execute strategic initiatives.
Model N experience is required with a minimum of 3 years or a proven track record, particularly in Revenue Management applications/projects.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute cross-functional program plans to deliver expected business results.
• Collaborate with product managers, executive sponsors, and customers to understand business requirements.
• Manage programs according to defined schedules, funding, staffing, risks, and management approaches.
• Oversee critical development aspects including scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program success.
• Utilize best practices in program and project execution.
• Identify training and development needs for project management staff.
• Develop and improve PMO templates, standards, and documentation.
• Manage internal resources, contractors, and consultants for effective execution.
• Participate in RFI/RFP processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.

Years of Experience and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in program and project management
• 6+ years of leadership experience in companywide technology and complex IT programs/projects
• 2–4 years of experience executing projects as a Scrum Master/Lead or equivalent role

Skills Required
• Proven capabilities in developing strong program/project management teams
• Experience in budgeting, financial projections, and cost tracking
• Strategic planning, risk management, and change management expertise
• Excellent stakeholder and internal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English
• PMP Certification (preferred)
• PgMP Certification (preferred)
• CSM Scrum Certification (preferred)
• SAFE Certification (preferred)
• Experience in ERP/Financials implementations (preferred)
• Experience managing senior stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure, Security, Application Development, and ERP Implementations
