Pay Rate: $85.00 – 92.00/hr. with benefit inclusions
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs across global teams. This role requires a strong operator who can manage aggressive timelines, coordinate across multiple geographies, and communicate effectively at the executive level while maintaining high delivery quality. The ideal candidate brings an automation, AI, and data-driven mindset, continuously improving how programs are planned, executed, and reported.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic, high-impact programs end-to-end
- Support portfolio planning and execution, ensuring alignment across multiple programs, managing dependencies, and optimizing resource allocation
- Drive collaboration across global teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery momentum
- Own program planning, scheduling, and execution from concept through release with a focus on quality and timeliness
- Plan and facilitate workshops, track action items, and drive follow-up to completion
- Define program deliverables and ensure accountability across all participating teams
- Oversee multiple concurrent project teams, ensuring alignment to overall program goals
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption
- Lead scrum-of-scrums and steering committee meetings to maintain cross-team alignment
- Develop and deliver clear program status reports for stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain consistent communication, providing transparency into program status, risks, priorities, and resource needs
- Leverage automation, AI tools, and data insights to improve forecasting, reporting, and program efficiency
Years of Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10–12 years of program or project management experience within software development environments
- Proven experience managing programs across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to release
Skills Required
- Agile transformation and Agile delivery methodologies (SAFe preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence; familiarity with GitHub
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs and portfolio-level planning
- Strong collaboration skills working with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Automation and AI mindset, including familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflow automation
- Data-driven approach to program tracking, reporting, and decision-making
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously
- Experience in AdTech, digital advertising, mobile, or connected TV environments is a plus
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
