Program Manager I
Location: Providence, RI (100% Onsite, 5 Days/Week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Duration: 10-Month Contract
Pay Range: 33-36/hr
Epitec is seeking a Program Manager I to support a large employee benefits organization with the administration and maintenance of employee benefit programs and related systems. This role will focus heavily on Workday Benefits, benefits system support, Open Enrollment activities, reporting, data validation, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support employee benefits administration and related business processes within Workday
- Assist with benefits configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and system updates
- Coordinate Open Enrollment preparation, testing, reporting, and issue resolution
- Analyze, audit, and reconcile benefits data using Excel
- Manage and track benefits-related projects, deadlines, and deliverables
- Monitor ServiceNow tickets and coordinate issue resolution
- Work with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders on benefits-related matters
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues
- Support benefits reporting, documentation, and communications
Qualifications
- Experience working with Workday Benefits and benefits administration
- Knowledge of Open Enrollment and annual benefits cycles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience auditing reports and maintaining data accuracy
- Project coordination or project management experience
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
