Epitec is seeking a Program Manager to support a well-known healthcare agency on a groundbreaking public health initiative focused on improving access to treatment for individuals living with rare hematologic conditions. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity ideal for a healthcare or public health professional with experience in project coordination, healthcare administration, quality improvement, or program management.
Job Details
- Job Title: Program Manager
- Location: 100% Remote
- Schedule: 20 hours per week
- Hours: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Duration: Through at least December 2026 with potential extensions up to 3 years
- Pay Rate: $37-$40/hr
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Director in overseeing project implementation and execution
- Coordinate meetings, track timelines, and manage project deliverables
- Foster stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and ensure milestones are achieved
- Assist with program evaluation, outcomes tracking, and performance measurement
- Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Organize project records and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare project management, healthcare administration, public health, or quality improvement
- Experience supporting clinical, healthcare, or public health programs
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Active RN, LPN, or Pharmacist license
- Experience with Medicaid, public health, or government-funded healthcare programs
- Healthcare quality improvement and outcomes measurement experience
- Grant-funded project experience
- Knowledge of therapeutic access programs or rare disease initiatives
