Job Title: IT Delivery Lead
Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Location: Remote in EST or CST
Pay Range: $75-$85/hour with optional benefits

Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and strategic IT Delivery Lead to drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of software products and technology solutions. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, leadership, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies experience to drive product delivery that meets business objectives, with a proven ability to drive complex implementations from vision to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact with the software vendor, technical team, business stakeholders, and project managers.
  • Define and communicate the project vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • Oversee implementation planning, execution, reviews.
  • Communicate and provide updates on project status, milestones, delivery.
  • Identify Risks and issues affecting product delivery.
  • Ensure overall product implementation, manage ongoing enhancement backlog, and responsible for delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, or software implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
