3 days onsite and 2 days remote pay should align to conversion salary Purpose of the Role This contingent worker will provide hands-on project coordination and execution support for Talent Management initiatives. They will operate as a project coordinator + business support partner, helping ensure talent programs are delivered on time, documented, and well-coordinated across stakeholders. BASIC FUNCTION: This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support to departments, divisions or enterprise areas. Perform tasks include developing and managing projects; develop and facilitate training; writing system functionality; testing new development; and maintaining project plans, issue logs, and status reports. Also lead or participating in the project meetings and workgroups with multiple, simultaneous projects. Manage the relationship between ITG and internal/external client organization in business and technical environments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and manage small to medium complex projects including project planning, issue logs, reports and documentation.
- Support and participate in large projects.
- Develop system functionality documentation and test new functionalities.
- Update and maintain departmental procedure manuals and various program specific manuals.
- Respond to technical questions from staff.
- Lead and/or participate in project meetings and workgroups. Schedule and coordinate meetings and workgroups.
- Gather critical and/or sensitive data and disseminate it appropriately based on the overall project need and sensitivity.
- Develop and manage relationships with ITG and internal/external client organizations within business and technical environments. Develops thorough understanding of client’s organizations and ITG division and technologies.
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
- Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
- Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor and 2 years of business, training or project management experience OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience.
- Experience in the development of training materials.
- Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
