Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support key systems and processes across our Brand team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and keeping creative and project workflows running smoothly.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the service center location as business needs require.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain brand assets, including audits, tagging, organization, and ongoing upkeep
- Support project intake administration, including:
- Governance coordination
- Brand standards rollout
- Training support
- Meeting scheduling
- Documentation, audits, and troubleshooting
- Oversee SharePoint and Microsoft Teams organization, structure, and governance
- Maintain accurate project notes, files, and documentation across systems
- Assist with process improvements and general project coordination initiatives
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on track
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
OR - A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with general project coordination tools and workflows
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workfront, Brandfolder, and SharePoint (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with brand asset management and creative operations
- Experience supporting governance, standards, or compliance-related workflows
