Pay Rate: 35.00 – 39.00/hr. with benefit inclusions

Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead global projects focused on mobile hydraulic systems integration and optimization. This role involves design engineering, project management, and supplier product application engineering. You will collaborate with domestic and international engineers, hydraulic component suppliers, and machine design teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business needs. Occasional travel to suppliers, design centers, and dealer/customer sites may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global teams and collaborate with suppliers and internal design teams to deliver hydraulic system solutions.
  • Apply technical knowledge of hydraulic system architecture and component design fundamentals.
  • Draft detailed component requirement documents and evaluate multiple design solutions.
  • Conduct design analysis, verification activities, and stakeholder technical reviews.
  • Manage project deliverables, schedules, and technical information protection.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial information for team and stakeholder reviews.
  • Utilize modeling tools (e.g., CREO) and collaboration platforms for design and project management.

Years of Experience and Education

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of engineering experience (internships do not count).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline). Master’s degree acceptable with required experience.

Skills Required
Technical Skills

  • Understanding of hydraulic system architecture and component design fundamentals.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Proficiency in engineering computations and design analysis.
  • Familiarity with modeling applications (e.g., CREO) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of full product development lifecycle and troubleshooting methods.
  • (Desired) Working knowledge of hydraulic components or systems.
