Job Description:
Project Manager supporting end-to-end logistics, production, and delivery for vehicle programs. This role ensures production schedules, supply chain readiness, and logistics execution stay aligned from order through delivery while driving cross-functional coordination and process improvements. Ideal for candidates with strong supply chain, manufacturing program management, and process mapping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end (order ? production ? delivery) program execution, ensuring alignment across logistics, production, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate logistics deliverables including shipping plans, supplier readiness, and transportation schedules
- Support vehicle program launches by tracking risks, issues, and progress across multiple programs
- Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, engineering, and global teams
- Monitor production schedules and supply chain readiness to ensure scalable, on-time execution
- Lead or support delivery reliability analysis and resolve breakdowns in timing or flow
- Contribute logistics input into sourcing and overall program planning processes
- Create and maintain process maps, documentation, and workflow improvements
- Support governance, reporting, and tracking for high-visibility supply chain projects
- Participate in program review meetings (e.g., status tracking, issue resolution, escalation support)
