Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, Onsite 

 

Pay Range: 

$41.60 – $48.33 per hour

Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Talent Acquisition organization, including resolution of recruiting system questions and issues. 

  • Serve as a point of contact for recruiters and Talent Acquisition partners regarding recruiting processes, workflows, systems, and data. 

  • Research, investigate, and troubleshoot recruiting system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams. 

  • Monitor and manage incoming requests, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution. 

  • Conduct regular audits, reconciliations, and reviews of recruiting and candidate data to maintain accuracy and integrity. 

  • Review recruiting transactions and processes for completeness and proactively identify potential downstream issues. 

  • Partner with Recruiting, HR Operations, HRIS, and other stakeholders to resolve operational challenges. 

  • Document recurring issues, resolutions, business processes, and standard operating procedures. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, increase data quality, and reduce manual work. 

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and employee information. 

Requirements 

  • 3-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, HRIS support, or a related operational function. 

  • Experience supporting recruiting systems and operational processes in a high-volume environment. 

  • Experience performing audits, reconciliations, and data quality reviews. 

  • Proven ability to investigate issues, analyze data, and identify root causes. 

  • Experience creating process documentation and standard operating procedures. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues through resolution. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting Workday Recruiting. 

  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve operational support, knowledge management, or process efficiency. 

  • Experience creating, configuring, or maintaining AI assistants, chatbots, or self-service solutions. 

  • Experience identifying automation opportunities and implementing process improvements. 

  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, oversight, and validation of AI-generated outputs. 

  • Experience supporting large-scale Talent Acquisition organizations.
