Project Manager 3 – Corporate Real Estate

Pay Rate: $62.50 – $64.00 per hour, dependent on benefits
Role Overview
The Project Manager 3 (Project Administrator – Corporate Real Estate) is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of real estate activities including portfolio management, leasing initiatives, and interior corporate construction projects. This includes programming, design, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery in alignment with corporate policies and business objectives.
This role supports the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Project Manager and partners closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and workplace strategy goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project administration and coordinate all CRE design and construction projects
- Assist in programming and developing requirements for workplace interior construction
- Support the management of project schedules, budgets, and full project execution from planning to closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, steering committees, and project teams
- Assist with selection and management of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Collaborate with Facilities, end users, and design teams to create design concepts, space plans, renderings, and furniture layouts
- Support all design and construction phases, including review of documents
- Assist in reviewing contracts, cost estimates, change orders, and invoices
- Conduct site observations and oversee QA/QC throughout design and construction
- Help resolve design, construction, and field issues to maintain alignment with standards
- Provide regular project status reports to the CRE Project Manager
- Contribute to keeping projects within approved budgets and schedules
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 3–5 years of experience in workplace planning, interior design, or construction project management
- Knowledge of architectural and construction processes and construction documents
- Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, and consultants
- Effective communication skills with CRE teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- High level of professionalism and commitment to team success
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-regional corporate real estate projects
- Familiarity with integrated project tracking, reporting, and management systems
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem?solving skills
- Knowledge of workplace standards, sustainability design, and QA/QC best practices
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred for collaboration with U.S. and HQ teams
