| Duties: | Responsible for coordinating projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals, and leading the integration of technical activities; present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients; collaborate with cross-functional teams including business leaders, IT, and external vendors to gather and define business and functional requirements; responsible for budgeting of projects; recruit employees, and assign and evaluate their work; lead the development and maintenance of staff competence; utilize quality control, cost reduction, strategic planning, resource allocation, MS Project, MS Visio, and project management to perform duties; analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand; and plan and assess the feasibility of projects; lead the development and delivery of innovative, data-driven business solutions using AI and analytics tools; conduct feasibility assessments and resource analysis to ensure project success; perform end-to-end testing oversight, including BIT, regression cycles, and retrofits; analyze the impact of introducing a new functionality/feature to dev environments; and plan/implement new solutions. | Minimum Qualifications: | Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Technology, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree); Experience: Six (6) months in the position above, as a Business Analyst, as a Market Research Intern, or in a related occupation; Other Requirements: Experience must include six (6) months’ use of all the following: quality control, cost reduction, strategic planning, resource allocation, MS Project, MS Visio, and project management. Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience. |
