Program Specialist – RIOP Initiatives (GTcMfg & SAP)
Location: Decatur, IL (Onsite, 5 days/week), minimal travel between East Peoria and Decatur
Job Type: W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $55 – 60/hourly with optional benefits packages including 401k, PTO, medical insurance, and life/disability plans
Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift
Position Overview
This dynamic role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The Program Specialist will partner with RIOP business stakeholders to drive alignment, track progress, and coordinate delivery across key programs including Global Teamcenter Manufacturing (GTcMfg), SAP Modern Order Management (MOM), and SAP Mach1 blueprint development.
Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Delivery
- Lead alignment and progress tracking for GTcMfg transformation activities.
- Manage IT task delivery and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee data cleansing and blueprint readiness for SAP deployments.

SAP Initiative Support
- Facilitate onboarding of LMT and WTS products into the SAP MOM portfolio.
- Support Mach1 process development, including greenbook submission and approval tracking.
- Coordinate kickoff activities for SAP blueprint execution with cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Collaborate with facility and enterprise IT teams, engaging 10–12 stakeholders across varying leadership levels.
- Provide thought leadership and clear communication to enable successful execution of GTcMfg and SAP initiatives.
- Prepare and present initiative progress reports to management and executive steering committees.

Project Governance
- Monitor adherence to project methodologies, deliverables, and procedures.
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms for visibility and accountability.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years of experience in program or project management.
- EMP certification preferred but not required.

Technical Skills
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise programs.
- Expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and coordination of cross-functional activities.
