ERP Program Coordinator
Location: 100% remote, but must be local to Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Champaign, IL; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; or Phoenix, AZ (occasional office visits required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift
Job Type: W2 Contract; 6 months, with potential extension
Pay Rate: $54-58/hourly with optional benefits including PTO, medical insurance, and 401k
Job Description:
- Play a crucial role in the successful implementation and management of the ERP program by facilitating communication and coordination across multiple program teams.
- Maintain organized process workflows and ensure the program has critical tools and access to stay on track and meet objectives.
- Manage internal program change by ensuring effective, transparent communication and training as new PMO processes and standards are rolled out.
- Support the program by establishing and ensuring adherence to PMO standards and best practices.
- Facilitate meetings to drive alignment across multiple teams, track progress, ensure cross-team synchronization, resolve impediments, and support scaled agile delivery.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint content that supports program transparency, accessibility, and alignment.
- Facilitate effective internal communications to ensure consistent information flow across the program.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the ERP program, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and requirements.
- Audit and ensure adherence to relevant PMO policies and compliance standards.
- Support rollout of new PMO processes by coordinating training and feedback loops.
- Create onboarding and training materials for new team members.
- Track team rosters and support onboarding logistics.
- Work with a PMO team of 10–15 people, broader program teams, enterprise partners, and external vendors (100+ people on the program).
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; 5–7 years’ experience in a similar capacity required.
- Without a degree, 10+ years’ experience will be considered.
- SharePoint experience in designing, developing, and managing site content (pages, integrations, folder structure, etc.) and access.
- Experience creating workflows with other MS tools (Power Automate).
- Experience documenting training materials, process guides, and job aids.
- Strong ability to enable change through communication, training, and reinforcement of new processes, standards, and tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Desired: Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline and optimize PMO processes; Confluence experience; PMO/Project management experience; PowerBI, Azure DevOps, Miro.
