Lead Project Manager

Job Type: 18 months (with potential to extend)
Location: On-site at Peoria, Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX (5 days/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST
Pay Rate: Starting at $74/hourly with optional benefits packages including PTO, medical insurance, and 401k

Job Summary:

This role supports the Digital Intelligence team by leading a high-impact pilot project aimed at transforming B2B2B marketing strategies. The project will enhance customer retention and sales through data-driven personalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align cross-functional teams and manage project plans in Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Oversee the Data Workstream: data engineering, pipelines, reporting, and audience creation
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth scaling from pilot to full deployment
  • Communicate effectively across all levels to ensure deadlines and responsibilities are met
  • Run standups, manage ADO features, and coordinate meetings
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to product managers
  • Collaborate with teams working on Google Analytics, DIW/DBM, and Hightouch

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in project management
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or PMI certification preferred
