Now Hiring: Project Scheduler III – Remote (Workable U.S. States) Full-Time Contract
Must be available during core EST business hours
We’re seeking an experienced Project Scheduler III to support large-scale project scheduling, reporting, and governance efforts. This role will play a key part in improving schedule visibility, identifying risks early, and helping ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules.
- Perform critical path, milestone, and schedule risk analysis.
- Support weekly, monthly, and annual scheduling goals.
- Create and distribute schedule reports for leadership and project teams.
- Work closely with project managers, field teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify potential risks or delays.
- Support change management and schedule recovery planning.
- Improve schedule quality, consistency, and governance across projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience using Primavera P6
- Experience with layouts, activity codes, resources, group & sort, and reporting in P6
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze schedules, identify risks, and recommend solutions Experience supporting large, complex projects
Nice to Have:
PMP or other PMI Certification
PSP, CST, or other AACEI Certification
Knowledge of Schedule Quality practices
Experience with Project Gating procedures
Utility industry experience (Gas, Electric Distribution, or Transmission)
