Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Support Coordinator to provide administrative, project coordination, training, and change management support for large-scale business transformation initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project teams remain aligned, organized, and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to organizational change efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for enterprise transformation and project initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, manage calendars, and maintain meeting documentation.
- Track action items, project deliverables, and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts through communications, outreach activities, and feedback collection.
- Assist with change management and business readiness initiatives, including employee engagement and communication efforts.
- Coordinate training activities, including scheduling sessions, managing attendance, and distributing training materials.
- Maintain training records, participant communications, and learning resources.
- Support project governance activities by updating project schedules, trackers, status reports, metrics, and milestone reporting.
- Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication across project teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and administrative support as needed to help drive project success.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, training coordination, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience scheduling meetings and managing complex calendars.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong willingness and aptitude to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT, technology, or business transformation projects.
- Exposure to Change Management or Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies.
- Experience coordinating enterprise training programs.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, or other project management tools.
- Utility industry experience.
- Experience supporting SAP, ERP, or large-scale system implementation projects.
Education
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Some college coursework or an Associate’s degree.
