Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, Hybrid (PST Preferred) 

 

Pay Range: 

$61.15 – $71.72 per hour

Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for new and existing features. 

  • Write and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and testing documentation. 

  • Reproduce, document, triage, and track defects through resolution. 

  • Support test strategy development and test plan creation. 

  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor quality metrics and testing progress. 

  • Conduct product audits and bug audits to identify quality gaps and improve test coverage. 

  • Provide release readiness support for small to medium-sized feature launches. 

  • Lead test execution efforts for small to medium-sized projects and features. 

  • Perform benchmarking, performance, and battery testing. 

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and QA stakeholders. 

  • Participate in status meetings and represent QA when needed. 

  • Support high-priority and confidential projects requiring exceptional attention to detail. 

  • Coordinate testing activities with offshore teams when necessary. 

Requirements 

  • 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field. 

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. 

  • Experience writing and executing detailed test plans and test cases. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Experience supporting complex software releases. 

  • Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience testing social networking, messaging, or consumer-facing applications. 

  • Experience working with offshore teams across multiple time zones. 

  • Trust & Safety domain experience. 

  • Experience leveraging AI tools or agents to improve QA workflows. 

  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and modern testing practices.
