Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on problem solving, process improvement, quality support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product and manufacturing excellence. The position is fully onsite and requires substantial time spent on the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Support quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment to improve product and process performance.
- Investigate quality concerns and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and business teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in quality reviews, audits, and process evaluations.
- Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support implementation of quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Work directly within the factory environment, spending significant time on the production floor to monitor and support operations.
- Travel occasionally between nearby facilities as required.
Years of Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Manufacturing internship experience is highly preferred.
- Previous exposure to manufacturing, quality, engineering, or production environments is a plus.
