Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Position Summary
Seeking a Quality Engineer to support engine assembly operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, plant-floor-focused role responsible for driving quality improvements, analyzing manufacturing data, resolving production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve quality issues on the production floor.
- Analyze SPC and assembly process data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
- Utilize quality tools, including PFMEAs, to improve manufacturing processes.
- Support continuous improvement and error-proofing initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production teams.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and inspection data.
- Communicate quality concerns and progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- 2-4 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SPC, PFMEAs, GD&T, and CMM operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment with production personnel.
