JOB SUMMARY FOR QUALITY/TEST ENGINEER 4:
Seeking a Quality Engineer to research and test the design, functionality, and maintenance of products, equipment, systems, and processes while developing and maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control engineering and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR QUALITY/TEST ENGINEER 4:
- Review and approve sampling procedures, designs, and forms for recording and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Supervise programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment.
- Conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
- Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing product quality and reliability.
- Plan and direct activities related to development, application, and maintenance of quality standards.
- Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation using engineering knowledge.
- May manage quality control programs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR QUALITY/TEST ENGINEER 4:
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years plus 3 years of internships (internships accepted as experience).
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s in a relevant field; Master’s preferred (with 3 years plus internships).
- Industry Experience: Quality engineering in manufacturing environments.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Contract Type: Full Time, 12-month contract (potential extension).
- Shift: First Shift (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM); other shifts possible.
- Remote Possibility: None (fully onsite).
- Travel: 0–25% (domestic, business need only).
- Interview Process: 2 rounds – phone panel, then virtual panel.
- Work Environment: Manufacturing space; PPE required (steel-toed shoes, eye and ear protection provided).
