Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing processed, machined, fabricated, or assembled parts and products to ensure they meet rigorous quality standards. This role is essential to maintaining product integrity and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reject or discard products, materials, and equipment that do not meet specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, manuals, and data to determine inspection and testing procedures.
  • Inspect, test, and measure materials and products for conformance to specifications.
  • Record inspection data including weights, temperatures, grades, and quantities.
  • Mark items with grade and acceptance/rejection status.
  • Use measuring instruments (rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers) to verify product dimensions.
  • Analyze test data and perform necessary computations to determine results.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative team player.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
  • Familiarity with machines and tools, including their design, use, and maintenance.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection or testing.
  • Experience with electronic test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, X-Ray, CT, digital microscopes) preferred.
  • Prior experience in the mobile industry is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in office, lab, warehouse, or user environments.
  • Willingness to work additional hours and travel as needed.
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across teams and with external partners.

 

Language Requirements:

  • English fluency required
  • Korean language skills are a plus
