LOCATION:
Seguin, TX

PAY RATE:
$31.00/hr

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating the staffing processes for assigned scope (business unit/country/location and/or function) and working with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, review/create requisitions, and discuss potential sourcing strategies. This role involves supporting full life cycle recruiting for both production and support/management roles in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and required skills.
Manage candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
Ensure quality of prospective candidates presented to hiring managers.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with Shared Service Teams and recruitment channel partners.
Maintain compliance with local recruitment policies and processes.
Track candidate progress and minimize time-to-hire through proactive pipeline management.
Utilize ATS (Workday) and CRM (Beamery) for accurate data management.
Provide recruiting status updates to leadership, including performance vs. targets and sourcing challenges.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3–5 years of recruiting experience

EDUCATION:
BA/BS degree preferred (not required)
Open to all degrees with closer to 5 years of experience

TOP 3 SKILLS:
Strong knowledge of recruiting principles and practices
Stakeholder management (building strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and team members)
Attention to detail and data accuracy

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Required:
Applicant Tracking System & CRM experience (Workday, Beamery)
Strong data entry skills
Scheduling interviews and pre-employment activities

Desired:
Candidate sourcing tools & Boolean search (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Factory Fix)
PowerBI & SharePoint automation
Recruitment marketing
