Recruiter
Location: Sanford, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Duration: 18-month contract
Pay: $28 an hr
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with operations, HR, and leadership teams to manage full-cycle recruiting and support workforce growth tied to key production initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers, understanding staffing needs and driving effective hiring strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support high-volume hiring goals
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress, supporting workforce planning and reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Partner with HR, operations, and training teams to align hiring with business objectives
- Support recruitment campaigns and workforce ramp-up efforts tied to new production initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships across multiple levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume or manufacturing hiring
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret recruiting metrics
