Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in supporting organizational growth by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across technical and management-level roles. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship?building capabilities, and deep expertise in modern recruiting practices. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring leaders, and utilize data-driven insights to shape hiring strategies. This role is ideal for someone experienced in technical recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Hiring Execution

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Recruit, interview, conduct reference checks, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding logistics.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (Workday), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing technologies to identify strong candidates and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Apply consistent, effective candidate selection methods with attention to quality and cost-efficiency.

Relationship Management

  • Provide timely, effective communication and support to hiring managers and internal partners.
  • Monitor and elevate client satisfaction levels; identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of recruiting activity, decisions, and candidate interactions.

Candidate Sourcing & Market Insight

  • Analyze short- and long-term talent needs within supported business groups.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels and technologies.
  • Operate sourcing software and tools effectively while seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Surface emerging or unmet customer talent needs to help shape recruiting priorities.

Customer / Market Focus

  • Maintain strong responsiveness to hiring partners and candidates.
  • Deliver high-quality service and value aligned with organizational standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent needs within a technical product and engineering environment.

Staffing & Recruiting Operations

  • Leverage TA systems, tools, and processes with high accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct research to remain knowledgeable on recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Provide staffing support for routine roles across multiple functions or departments.
  • Assist with executing staffing goals, strategies, and reporting.

Years of Experience and Education

  • Years of Experience Required: 5–7 years of in?house recruiting experience (internship experience accepted).
  • Degree Requirement: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Comparable Backgrounds May Include: Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, Sourcing Specialist.

Skills Required
Top Technical Skills (Required)

  • Expertise in technical recruiting (e.g., Software Engineering, AI, Automation).
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities across platforms and tools.
  • High level of comfort working with technology and recruitment systems.
