Title: Recruiter
Location: Shertz, TX or Seguin, TX
Details: 12-month contract with ongoing need, opportunity for advancement and direct hire, fully onsite role
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.
Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle in accordance with the recruiting guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements for the applicable region and business. This hybrid coordination and recruiting role (Onsite full-time) suits individuals embarking on a career in Recruitment or HR, or those with strong administration skills. The Recruiter Coordinator will support requisitions for both production and salaried management positions.
Responsibilities
Support coordination efforts for interviews and pre-employment activities.
Source and screen talent.
Support full life-cycle recruiting for both production and support and management roles.
Augment Talent Acquisition team’s tasks across COGMD and IPSD.
Collaborate with geographically separated teams (IPSD Team = 6 / COGMD Team = 4).
Report to TA Managers and work alongside 4 other recruiters.
Operate in an office environment at a manufacturing facility.
Years of Experience and Education
2 or more years of recruiting or relevant experience required.
Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
Internships are accepted as job experience.
Comparable roles include Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and Recruiter.
