Details: Contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, fully onsite role
Pay Rate: $22.20 – 24.40 based on benefit inclusions

Job Summary
This Recruiting Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to support the recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The coordinator will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This position is being introduced to support a high volume of new requisitions and may be extended beyond the initial 6-month term based on team needs.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews, prepare and distribute related materials.
  • Coordinate recruiting and staffing activities related to attracting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding talent.
  • Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to communicate hiring progress with leaders and candidates.
  • Initiate and track pre-employment checks.
