Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting team focused on production hiring. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting Talent Acquisition Partners with administrative and operational tasks throughout the hiring lifecycle. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating complex schedules, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including preparation and distribution of interview materials and candidate communications
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring leaders, and candidates to ensure smooth interview logistics and clear communication
- Support recruiting and staffing activities related to attracting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding hourly production talent (e.g., assemblers, warehouse associates, welders, painters)
- Provide administrative and operational support across the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards
- Initiate and track pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and other clearance activities
- Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Communicate hiring progress updates to internal stakeholders and candidates
- Manage multiple calendars and coordinate scheduling across various stakeholders
- Support post-offer activities and onboarding coordination to ensure readiness for hire
Years of Experience and Education
- 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or a related field (internships accepted as experience)
- Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments preferred

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

- Strong focus and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based recruiting tools
- Prior experience with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating events
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
