Schedule: Morning or Afternoon, Must Be Available Sunday-Saturday

Pay: $32-34.50/hr

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Robot Programmer with FANUC experience to support high-volume automotive manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with robotic systems used for spot welding, sealing, and material handling, helping keep production running efficiently and safely.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Program, troubleshoot, and maintain FANUC robots in a production environment
  • Support spot weld, sealer, and material handling (MH) applications
  • Diagnose issues and resolve robot, tooling, and process problems quickly
  • Set up and run testing to ensure equipment performs to spec
  • Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to improve systems and processes
  • Modify programs, equipment, and prototypes to correct performance issues
  • Perform quality checks and document test results and system performance
  • Assist with installation, calibration, and repair of robotic and electrical systems
  • Provide technical support before, during, and after production launches

What We’re Looking For
Required:

  • Hands-on FANUC robot programming experience
  • Experience with spot welding, sealing, or material handling applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot robotic systems and production issues
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and controls
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with 3DV (3D vision systems)
  • Familiarity with DCS (Dual Check Safety) / safety configurations
  • Previous automotive manufacturing experience

  • Must be flexible to support a 7-day operation and rotating shifts
