TEI Safety Representative
Seeking a Safety Representative to support workplace safety in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands?on, plant?floor role. Entry?level candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities include supporting safety compliance, communicating with employees on safety concerns and best practices, assisting with injury reporting and documentation, reviewing safety data, and helping deliver safety training and presentations. The role supports tooling and metal casting operations and requires consistent adherence to MIOSHA and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- No degree required; background in Environmental Safety, Public Health, or related fields is a plus
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 strongly preferred
- Experience in safety, manufacturing, food industry, or other regulated environments is helpful but not required

Work Environment
