Sales Administration Coordinator
Job Type: W2 Contract
Assignment Length: 12 Months, Possible Extension
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Work Schedule: Fully Onsite
Pay Rate: $27.00 – $28.00/hour
Role Summary
The Sales Administration Coordinator will support the Sales Administration team by assisting with sales promotional claim validation and processing, MDF program analysis, chargeback resolution, and various special projects.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account reconciliation within a corporate environment
Top Required Skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and take direction from supervisors and senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint
- SAP experience
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and process sales deduction claims through SAP Claim System
- Validate and process SPA claims through Salesforce.com
- Maintain and reconcile Sales MDF programs for regional sales teams
- Partner with Sales to reduce monthly chargebacks
- Analyze chargeback processes and identify opportunities to reduce deductions and improve efficiency
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

- Account reconciliation experience
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
