Summary:
Client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our B2B eCommerce team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing accounts, and supporting the full customer lifecycle across Company’s B2B Online Store.
Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in tech)
• Proven success in customer service and strategic sales
• Experience with structuring sales agreements, bundles, and custom offers
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell Company products and solutions to stakeholders, mid-market companies, and strategic partners
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
• Manage full customer lifecycle, including post-purchase support
• Track and resolve customer requests in collaboration with internal teams
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve processes
• Develop account plans aligned with customer strategies
• Promote adoption of the Company ecosystem (Mobile, Display, TV, Memory, Appliance)
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
